Juho Hiltunen b69a8eab32 fi: double the initial consonant of enclitics following a word in allative case 
allative case has a suffix of -lle. Normally it causes the doubling of the next word. However, enclitics should be treated like words in this case, so double the enclitic instead of the next word.

Juho Hiltunen 686a82f1b8 finnish: added pronunciation for letter q 
Formerly, q was pronounced exactly like k. This is not the case in finnish.

Juho Hiltunen d9d498832e Compound word with the first word ending in -rg should also follow the swedish pronunciation. 
This affects words familynames like Berglund and Bergholm and place names like Bergbackan.

This rule "CA) rg (_" only matches the place and family names, and exempts words like "org", in which the g should be pronounced.

In finnish these are almost exclusively swedish place names (Uleåborg) or family names (Lindberg)

Fix crash with SSML <say-as>.
Sada audio output now OK on big-endian processors.
Don't reduce the pause before doubles stop consonants (eg.Finnish "kk") as much at high speeds.
Language changes: pl (reduce length of stressed syllables, [i] closer, [f] stronger befiore [s]).
